Change: How to Package Different Household Objects

So you decided to move. Congratulations, this is very good! New airs, new neighbors, new experiences. But for this to go well, there are a few secrets you need to know. Check it out next.

As the day of the change begins to arrive, it is critical to take some care to make sure that your things will arrive in the whole new home - and in the same state as they left the old house.

Stay in.

Change: Nothing Can Break!

First, let's pay attention to the "breakables": glasses, plates and other glass objects. It is very important that these items are packaged one by one, using and abusing the bubble wrap, as if you were wrapping a present.

Always avoid placing one glass inside another. And nothing to pop the bubbles out of the plastic before the move - leave that pleasure to you when you get to the new house.

Speaking specifically of the dishes, a good idea is to buy those Styrofoam plates that we use in celebration, you know? Then just place the styrofoam dishes between the glass dishes.
And do not forget to put the dishes vertically in the boxes - it is much harder to break.

Another good idea is to wear your clothes, blankets and pillows (and even stuffed animals) to pack more fragile objects or to fill empty space inside boxes. So you avoid things to break - and still save on bubble wrap!

The Less The Mess, The Less You Need To Pack

Another important tip, and that will greatly facilitate your life when you get in the new home, is to pack some things exactly as they are.

Your clothes are hanging in the closet, for example. Who says you need to get them off the hangers? Add 15 clothes and attach a garbage bag around them, on the hangers themselves.
This also ensures that they will follow in the same order that they were in your closet, and ready to be hung in the new home.

The same principle holds true for your drawers: use and abuse plastic film to pack each entire drawer, as is, with everything inside. When you get to the new house, everything will be as neat as you like. Just take out the plastic and put in the new place.

That goes for even a whole drawer. You'll spend a lot of plastic-film, but it's the best way to transport drawers without having to empty each drawer and then have to put it all back in the new address.

Packing Offal for Change

There is a fundamental law of physics: the smaller the object, the greater the possibility of getting lost in the middle of the mess. For this, follow some simple but very effective measures to not lose anything.

Take some of those egg cartons made out of styrofoam (empty, of course). And use it to store jewelry and jewelry. It's the cheapest and most effective way to ensure rings, earrings and bracelets arrive at your new address with you.
Also do not forget to put cotton inside the makeup packages - to prevent the dust from breaking.

Others who stubbornly disappear in the middle of the road are the bolts and nails.
Therefore, if you need to dismantle a piece of furniture or object, put the screws, nuts and nails in a transparent plastic bag and tape it to the object they belong to. When you need to reassemble, it will all be together. Barbada, right?

There is nothing more normal than being nervous before making a move. But relax, and use these tips here. Soon, soon you will be enjoying the new home - and most importantly, along with all your beloved things totally intact.
